Business model
Reusable receiver unitThe data receiving unit of the device can be reused from patient to patient. Each clinic will need just a handful of these, depending on patient volume.
disposable insole sensorsThe pressure-sensing insole of the device is a disposable component: a new insole is used for each visit. This eliminates the need for physicians and therapists to keep track of each patients' insole and does not rely on the patients to bring their insole to each session.

Total market opportunity (US)
With an average selling price at about $1,000 for the reusable receivers and $100 for the disposable insoles, the price point for our device is orders of magnitude less than competitor products, which are in the $30,000+ range.
A conservative estimate puts the total market opportunity for stroke rehab in the U.S. alone, at over $500M. The data receiver accounts for a very small portion of the market size, with the disposable insoles driving majority of the revenue.
In addition to stroke rehabilitation, there are a number of other applications this product can address. These markets include, but are not limited to, other patients suffering from neuromuscular disorders, athletes, runners, elderly, etc.
